Shipping Terms & Conditions

The minimum chargeable weight is 1kg. Any parcel below 1kg will be billed as 1kg.
If the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight, charges will be based on the higher of the two.
Example: If volumetric weight = 1.1kg and actual weight = 0.87kg, the chargeable weight is 1.1kg.
All weights are rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg or whole number.
Example: 1.2kg – 1.5kg | 3.7kg – 4kg.
Delays may occur during shipping. We do not provide compensation for costs incurred due to such delays.
Fragile or uninsured goods are shipped at the owner's risk.
Freight and duty rates are subject to change without notice if revised by the airline, customs, or other authorities.
Door-to-door delivery service is available for your convenience.
For packages weighing 10kg and above, a 50% advance payment is required before shipment.
We also provide procurement (shopping), supplier pick-up, quality check, and repackaging services upon request.

Clothes/Shoes/Bags: No hidden kg charges — one flat CBM rate. Save up to 50% compared to other agents.
All inclusive: Freight, Duties & Licences included
General Goods: Baby products, cosmetics, kitchenware, household items, décor, etc.
Furniture/Home Appliances: Beds, sofas, wardrobes, salon chairs, large kitchen appliances, mattresses, Kids toys etc.
Electronics/Phone Accessories: Phones, TVs, speakers, CCTV, laptops, vlogging kits, power banks, chargers, etc.
Heavy Goods/Auto Spares/Machinery: Car parts, brake pads, bearings, compressors, inverters, solar, aluminium, glass, heavy machinery, etc.

Transit time: ~50 days (weekly loading)
