Shipping Terms & Conditions
- The minimum chargeable weight is 1kg. Any parcel below 1kg will be billed as 1kg.
- If the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight, charges will be based on the higher of the two.
- Example: If volumetric weight = 1.1kg and actual weight = 0.87kg, the chargeable weight is 1.1kg.
- All weights are rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg or whole number.
- Example: 1.2kg – 1.5kg | 3.7kg – 4kg.
- Delays may occur during shipping. We do not provide compensation for costs incurred due to such delays.
- Fragile or uninsured goods are shipped at the owner's risk.
- Freight and duty rates are subject to change without notice if revised by the airline, customs, or other authorities.
- Door-to-door delivery service is available for your convenience.
- For packages weighing 10kg and above, a 50% advance payment is required before shipment.
- We also provide procurement (shopping), supplier pick-up, quality check, and repackaging services upon request.

- Furniture/Home Appliances: Beds, sofas, wardrobes, salon chairs, large kitchen appliances, mattresses, Kids toys etc.
